What I don't get is why Glenn decided to refund the rest to other WNs, knowing Glenn there has to be a larger motive than being good (if that was it I think he'd rather suffer than be an informant). Was he by law requires to give those funds back? Who knows I guess.

Personally, I agree with Pastor Lindstedt's assesssment of the critter: I think he was a snitch from the very beginning. From back in his Army days in the early 70's.
